The term “Terroir” represents the essence of a region. It integrates its identity, land, history, climate and soils. Terroir is the common denominator of regions and defines its colors, flavors and scents.

Cinquième Sens - Passion Nez

Since 1976, Cinquième Sens has been putting its skills to use for the creation of perfumes and for training to acquire, complete, and structure its olfactory knowledge.
Cinquieme Sens is a certified training center opened to professionals of the fragrance industry and individuals passionated about perfumes. 

The olfactory training takes place at « Espace Jacques Louis Lions » the previous Roure factory, a famous perfume composition House (in front of the Roure car park). 
Our work is based on a recognized, professional and fun training method.

Fragonard Perfumes

Usine des Fleurs factory 
Devoted to perfumery and aromatic plants, is surrounded by a superb garden of plants used in perfumery. This modern factory on the outskirts of Grasse opened in 1986 and is equipped with the most up-to-date machinery for producing and packaging our products.

 

Galimard perfumes

Jean de Galimard, Lord of Seranon, a relative of the Count of Thorenc, lived in Grasse where he founded the Parfumerie Galimard in 1747. 
As a founder of the Glovers and Perfumers guild, Jean was a supplier to the court of King Louis of France, “the Beloved,” furnishing the court with olive oil, pomades, and perfumes, for which he developed the first formulas.

Come experience this magnificent family mansion and discover the different steps to perfume production, with life-sized automated displays and interactive games. 

International Perfume Museum

A unique museum of international renown 
Founded in 1989 and renovated in 2008, the Musée International de la Parfumerie – the only one of its kind in the world – became firmly established in the symbolic region of Grasse, the birthplace of luxury perfumery.Dedicated to one of France’s most prestigious traditional trades, the museum is the first public establishment devoted to the stewardship and promotion of the international heritage of perfumes, flavors, and fragrances.
