Winner of the 2008 Mondial des Arts Sucrés, before becoming the world's youngest pastry champion in 2009 at just 23, Jérôme de Oliveira is now considered one of the most talented pastry chefs of his generation.
Driven by an irrepressible desire to please his customers, Jérôme de Oliveira carefully selects his raw materials, bases his recipes on seasonal produce, uses no artificial colourings or preservatives, and finely crafts the textures to create an ever more exciting experience.
Jérôme loves reinventing the great classics, whether in pastry-making, where he revisits the Paris-Brest with his famous Paris-Cannes all hazelnut, or in chocolate-making, where the essential square of chocolate has given way to the 'addiction' drop...
Jérôme De Oliveira's creations can be found in his boutique-laboratory in Grasse.
