L’atelier vous propose différentes recettes : le trempage des écorces d’agrumes et gingembre aux deux chocolats, la création d’une tablette de chocolat noir, lait ou blanc aux pétales de fleurs cristallisées, ainsi que la décoration d’un sujet en chocolat thématique selon la saisonnalité (masque de Carnaval, poule/lapin/poisson/ours/loup, voiture de Formule 1, citrouille d’Halloween, Père Noël)
